Key Holding  Service

Having a set of keys available locally is essential and required by the local authorities in Spain

What would you do if somebody calls you, perhaps the developer and tells you that your property has been damaged ?

 

Corvera Services will hold 2 sets of keys for your property, in a secure facility and subject to the request passing our security checks, will make keys available to visiting guests or tradesmen or any emergency service, for example if you or a guest lose your keys.

 

The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and keys are held locally by our onsite representative who will meet your tradesman or guest, subject to the owner providing authority using a secure password

 

Attendance at a property will be subject to a meet and greet and waiting charges

Our annual charge for this service is only €100 plus IVA
