When you arrive on holiday, which should be a relaxing break for everybody, the last thing you want to do is have to clean or  make up beds, you want the holiday to start as soon as you arrive 

By using Corvera Services your property will be clean and ready to use so your holiday starts straight away

If renting the presentation of the property is key, when your guests arrive they will greeted by Corvera Services staff, who will provide comprehensive information on the resort, area and how everything works in the property, eg the AC, when they leave the property is fully checked for inventory items and potential damage

When the guest leaves the service includes

·         Inventory check

·         Strip all beds and air rooms

·         Wash linen and towels, tea towels, bath mats etc. fold and store

·         Empty bins.

·         Clean bathrooms kitchens, bleach toilets

·         Hoover and mop floors, internally and externally

·         Clean out and empty fridge and remove any food stuffs from cupboards

·         Clean and polish surfaces in lounge and bathrooms including mirrors and shower screens

·         Clean and secure any outside furniture

Before your next guest arrives

·         Make up the required number of beds and leave with towels

·         Dust and polish to ensure that all areas are clean

·         Set out outside furniture

·         Turn on boiler fridge etc.

·         Deliver welcome pack or shopping if requested
